Willow Grove Park Fees & Rules
Willow Grove Park is regulated and maintained by the City of Lake Dallas,

Willow Grove Park park is governed by all Federal, State and Local laws and ordinances, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rules and regulations.
GENERAL CAMPING FEES:
Primitive Campsite: $10.00/night
RV Campsite
(includes water and electric hook-ups): $17.00/night

RESERVATION & PAYMENT METHODS:
Camping
permits and keys for RV campsites must be picked up at the Communications Window inside Lake Dallas City Hall (open
24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Campsites are not reserved until payment has been received. Call 940-497-2228
for campsite availability. The following are acceptable methods of payment:
1. PayPal (See Online Reservations)
2. Cash or Check in person: Can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Communications Window inside Lake
Dallas City Hall.
3. Credit Card in person: Can be done Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm at the Permits Window at Lake Dallas
City Hall.
OTHER PROCEDURES/RULES:
All fees, categories and activities are subject to change
without notice. Confirmed reservation prices will be honored
if and when changes occur.
No
one under the age of 18 years may rent a campsite. Persons under the age of 18 years must have a responsible adult on site.
A responsible adult must accompany each 10 person group under the age of 18.
No more than 2 camping units are allowed per site.
A campsite is considered occupied when the fee has been
paid and the site is occupied.
The camping permit must be prominently displayed on post provided.
Check-Out time is 11:00 am. Check-In time is anytime
after 11:00 am.
Campsites
are limited to 10 people per campsite, including visitors.
Camping at one or more campsites at Willow Grove longer than 14 days in a 30-day period is prohibited.
Quiet hours will be maintained in the park from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Quiet hours are an enforceable provision within the City Code and the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Rules and Regulations. Music, noise,
loud parties, or any nuisance occurring after 10:00 pm is
strictly prohibited.
All campsite
visitors must leave by midnight. The park is open to visitors from 6 am - midnight.
Campfires shall be confined to the grill or fire ring provided at each
site. Fires shall not be left unattended.
Gathering of firewood is prohibited.
Number of vehicles per site shall be limited to available
parking spaces per site. Additional parking is available
along side of roadway. No parking on grass, roadways or restricted
areas.
Dumping of grey or
black water is prohibited. All waste-water must be kept in a holding
tank. The RV Dump Station is located at City Park of Lake Dallas (corner of W. Hundley Dr. and S. Shady Shores Rd.).
All pets must be under physical
restraint of not longer than 6 feet at all times. Animal
waste must be collected and properly disposed of by persons in control of the pets.
Off-road
vehicles are prohibited.
Possession of firearms, ammunition,
firing devices or fireworks is prohibited.
Public consumption or display of an open container of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited.
Glass containers are prohibited.

Failure to comply with
all applicable laws, ordinances, rules or regulations will result
in forfeiture of the campsite and camping fees. Additionally, violations may result in citations and court fines, or arrests.
